april 19: made homemade zuppa toscana and it was amazing, i made it much healthier though with turkey bacon and lean chicken sausage instead :) that should hopefully last a few days! and i know i’m a bad person and haven’t worked out in like a week but i finally had my big midterm today and i think i did really well so i promise i’m working out tomorrow!!!!!

april 1: no workout today, it was a fun errand running day with my boyfriend who took me out to lunch and we did a little shopping and got a new fish tank for our beta. blah school tomorrow and i didn’t finish my math homework.

march 29: insanity max interval circuit… basically 60 minutes of exhausting hell. i did this at 7:30 am too because i couldn’t sleep and i had class at 11 and i was sore all day! but i will probably do the same thing tomorrow because it’s so convenient to workout in the morning.

march 22: sorry i keep forgetting to post these, i just got back on track a couple days ago. since i’m at home for spring break and don’t have a gym i went golfing today. all the websites i’ve checked say golfing for 4 hours burns like 1000 calories but i don’t really feel it so i just counted it as an hour.

march 16: had pizza but only one slice whoot whoot! and when i got to my parents house my mom was making my favorite brownies, but i didn’t have any! going to las vegas tomorrow so i won’t be updating very much, but i’ll do my best to keep track of my intake on MFP. oh and i ran 45 minutes today for my workout.

march 15: so i’m done with finals… and i celebrated, and i was so worried at first but i haven’t really drank at all since new years and i had a blast. i didn’t work out, i went to the bars, and i didn’t care! and GUESS WHAT… I LOST A POUND. so there’s the proof that one day will do no harm :)
