february goals
i set a couple small goals for myself in february…
1. reach goal weight 3 of 125 lbs
reached it a couple weeks ago… my current weight is now 122.6 :D
2. work out at least 15 days this month
totally forgot about this goal until now but i actually worked out 19 days this month!
any suggestions on march goals?

what was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss”
eating out, my boyfriend and i ate out lik 2-3 times a week because there’s so many good local restaurants but now we only go about once a week or every two weeks. i guess it’s better for our health and definitely our budget.

did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
unfortunately yes, even though they happened like more than 5 years ago i still remember and it still hurts… but now it’s just more motivation for me.

your workout routine.
5 days a week i go to the gym and do an hour of cardio that i switch up between:
30 min. elliptical
30 min. tredmill
30 min. spinning bike
30 min. stairmaster
and then i switch strength training days between abs/back, legs/butt, and arms/shoulders.
on days when i don’t feel like going to the gym or feel like i need to mix things up i’ll do insanity or a...

do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? do they care?
my mom was actually the first person i went to when i wanted to lose weight, she was really supportive and helped me get started by giving me her old weight watchers stuff and taking me grocery shopping. she lost 30 lbs herself so she was happy for me because she knew i wasn’t happy with myself.

Yahoo it took longer than I wanted but I never gave up… and now my eyes are on the prize of goal weight 4!
