what was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss”
eating out, my boyfriend and i ate out lik 2-3 times a week because there’s so many good local restaurants but now we only go about once a week or every two weeks. i guess it’s better for our health and definitely our budget.

unfortunately yes, even though they happened like more than 5 years ago i still remember and it still hurts… but now it’s just more motivation for me.

your workout routine.
5 days a week i go to the gym and do an hour of cardio that i switch up between:
30 min. elliptical
30 min. tredmill
30 min. spinning bike
30 min. stairmaster
and then i switch strength training days between abs/back, legs/butt, and arms/shoulders.

do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? do they care?
my mom was actually the first person i went to when i wanted to lose weight, she was really supportive and helped me get started by giving me her old weight watchers stuff and taking me grocery shopping. she lost 30 lbs herself so she was happy for me because she knew i wasn’t happy with myself.

do you like your height? i do wish i was taller… even like 2 or 3 more inches. it’s just so annoying to have to get every pair of pants hemmed! but honestly, i would rather be shorter than too tall.

i unexpectedly went out to dinner with my boyfriend and his parents… made some bad choices and my daily calorie total is around 1500. this is the first time i suppose i’ve binged in two months which is good. i dunno what time im getting home but hopefully early enough to fit in a workout!
